Decide

          I got up around eleven today - it was great.
          I managed to write the rest of the song I started two days ago. It was inspired pretty strongly by the thoughts that evolved Thursday's post. You can listen to it here - it's called "In Hand." I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

          It started feeling a little more like Christmas today. I don't know what sparked the change, but I think part of it might be that I decided to be happy. I've been all tense and irritated since being home. But once I made the conscious decision to relax, it started to feel a little more festive.
          I'm relieved. I think tomorrow I'm going to drink hot chocolate and make more Christmas cookies.
